Responsibilities

• Work directly with homeowners to handle service requests promptly and professionally.
• Evaluate situations and complete minor repairs.
• Schedule work with trade partners and/or vendors.

Requirements

• 2+ years of related experience and/or training required.
• Must be computer proficient or have the capacity to learn how to efficiently operate scheduling tools.
• Bachelor’s degree a plus.
• Maintain a valid driver's license.
