About the Role

Provide dedicated, one-on-one nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes, delivering high-acuity care and building consistent relationships with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-acuity pediatric care following care plans and physician orders
• Utilize clinical judgment confidently in a home setting
• Adhere to safety protocols, including PPE and CDC guidelines
• Receive training and mentorship to support professional development

Key Duties

• Focused patient care with an emphasis on safety and clinical standards
• Use clinical support resources as needed
• Engage with a supportive team for ongoing professional growth

Requirements

• Current Texas RN license
• Active BLS CPR certification (in-person)
• Experience or willingness to train in G-tube, trach, or vent care
