About the Role

As a Homecare Office Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations and delivering exceptional care to our clients. You will coordinate administrative tasks to ensure seamless operations within our office, work closely with our team to maintain accurate records, manage scheduling, and provide exceptional customer service to our clients and their families. You will also serve as a backup caregiver.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Manage client scheduling, including coordinating with our care staff and ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client information, care plans, and billing.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and their families, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform additional tasks as required, including filing, scanning, and data entry.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • 5 years of experience as a Homecare Office Specialist
  • Experience as a caregiver (preferred)
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (strong preference)

Schedule

Part-time (20 hours per week)
