Homecare Nurse / LPN – Evening & Weekend Shifts

About the role

Providing one-on-one homecare services for pediatric and adult patients in the Pittsfield, MA area, with flexible evening, overnight, and weekend shifts. Opportunities for full-time, part-time, and per diem work are available, offering weekly pay and a supportive clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
• Perform focused assessments to identify patient needs.
• Monitor and document changes in patient conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Provide skilled nursing care and patient education.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
• Perform additional nursing duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

• Current Massachusetts RN or LPN license.
• Current Health Certificate, PPD or Chest X-Ray, and BLS certification.
• Homecare experience preferred but not required.
