RN/LPN Homecare Evening/Weekend

Compensation & Schedule

• LPN: $38–$42/hr DOE + $1/hr Overnight & Weekend Differential
• RN: $48–$53/hr DOE + $2/hr Overnight & Weekend Differential
• Weekly pay
• Flexible scheduling (evening, overnight, and weekend shifts)
• Full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities available

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Perform focused assessments to identify patient needs.
• Monitor and document changes in patient condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Provide skilled nursing care and patient education.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
• Perform other nursing duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts RN or LPN license.
• Current Health Certificate (per facility requirements).
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS certification.
