Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to children and young adults with complex medical needs in their home.
• Bring comfort, build trust, and celebrate milestones with patients and families.
• Help children feel safe and supported in their home environment.
• Provide peace of mind to families while supporting patient growth, thriving, and life experiences.

Requirements

• Current and active LPN or RN license.
• Pediatric experience preferred (training provided if needed).
• Passion for patient‑centered care.

Pay

• Competitive base pay based on experience.
• Weekly pay schedule.
• Premium pay differentials:
  • Weekday overnights: +$2/hour
  • Weekend days: +$3/hour
  • Weekend overnights: +$4/hour
