LPN/RN Homecare (Children and Young Adults) Weekends

About the role

As a Phoenix Private Duty Nurse, you'll provide individualized, one‑on‑one care to pediatric and young adult patients in their homes, building meaningful relationships, supporting families, celebrating milestones, and making a lasting difference—one visit at a time.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, one‑on‑one care to pediatric and young adult patients in their homes.

• Help children and young adults with complex medical needs remain at home.
• Become a trusted part of the support system while providing skilled and compassionate care.

Requirements

• Current and active LPN or RN license
• Pediatric experience preferred, but not required – training provided
• Passion for patient‑centered care
