Responsibilities
- Provide direct care in the home
- Maintain patient condition
- Administer medications
- Support care plans
Requirements
- Active LPN license
- Current BLS certification
- 1+ year experience preferred

Pay
$28 - $30 / per hour
Schedule
Up to 3-5 days per week / 4:30 PM - 9:30 PM and any weekend support that can be offered.
