LPN Homecare - Evening Shift

Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing in-home care for Pediatric and/or Adult patients. Key Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.Deliver skilled nursing services in accordance with prescribed orders.Monitor signs and symptoms indicating physiological and psychosocial changes.Collect, analyze, and interpret healthcare data, documenting diagnoses and care plans. Qualifications & Skills Licensed as an LPN/LVN in the practicing state.Current TB test or Chest X-Ray and BLS certification.Preferably at least one year of professional nursing experience.
