Homecare Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

About the role

Care Options for Kids provides pediatric home health nursing services where LPNs can offer one-on-one care in the home setting. This role emphasizes focused, consistent care with close collaboration between LPNs, RNs, and clinical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Support pediatric patients with skilled nursing needs
• Work closely with a registered nurse and clinical leadership
• Provide one-on-one care in the home environment
• Deliver care with confidence and consistency
• Offer stable, supportive, and impactful care

Requirements

• Valid New Jersey LPN License or Multistate License within three years
• Physical examination from within three years
• PPD or Chest X-Ray
• Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person)
• Valid driver's license
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willingness to train

Qualifications

• Experience in pediatric care
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Passion for making a difference in children's lives
