About the Role
A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides focused, one-on-one pediatric home health care, working closely with a registered nurse and clinical leadership to deliver consistent and confident care in the child's home.
Responsibilities
- Support pediatric patients with skilled nursing needs
- Follow clear care plans with RN oversight
- Maintain safety and adhere to CDC guidelines
- Utilize PPE and maintain safety protocols
Requirements
- Valid New Jersey LPN or Multistate License
- Recent physical exam, PPD or Chest X-Ray, and BLS CPR certification
- Valid driver's license
- Experience with G-tube, trach, vent preferred or willingness to train
