Homecare Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

About the role

Care Options for Kids provides pediatric home health nursing services where LPNs can focus on one-on-one care in the home setting. This role involves supporting pediatric patients with skilled nursing needs under the supervision of a registered nurse and clinical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in the home setting
• Work closely with a registered nurse and clinical leadership
• Support pediatric patients with skilled nursing needs
• Deliver care with confidence and consistency
• Build meaningful patient relationships

Requirements

• Valid New Jersey LPN License or Multistate License
• Physical examination from within three years
• PPD or Chest X-Ray
• Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person)
• Valid driver's license
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willingness to train

Qualifications

• Experience in pediatric care
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Skilled in providing home-based nursing care

• Ability to manage time effectively
