You'll be driving our services to the doorsteps of the nation, providing eye care to the people who are unable to come into our stores. Not only do you help them with their sight, you'll also be bringing smiles and clinical care to the heart of your community.
Responsibilities
You'll need to be able to confidently dispense at all levels, measure and fit and hold a full UK driving licence.
You will also need to be computer literate and be able to confidently work on your own initiative and manage your time effectively.
You need to be comfortable traveling to see our patients.
Requirements
We are looking for an experienced Optical Assistant, who has some supervisory or management experience within optics for this role.
You must be based on the Isle of Wight.
Qualifications
- Current or recent optical experience (at least 6 months-1 year)
- Current or recent senior/supervisory/management experience within optics
- You must hold a full UK driving licence and be a confident driver
Skills
- Full time, Monday to Friday per week 8.30am-5.30pm (flexibility required)
- Salary £26,853 per annum
- Car allowance of £3,000 per annum
