Main Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee Drive Up & Go (DUG) daily operations, including picking, staging, loading, and order handoff
  • Ensure an exceptional customer experience from order selection through delivery
  • Maintain order accuracy, quality, and on-time fulfillment
  • Schedule and train Personal Shoppers
  • Track and meet performance targets and e-commerce sales goals
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of DUG and store areas
  • Utilize handheld systems to manage and verify orders
  • Ensure proper product handling across ambient, chilled, and frozen categories
