What You Bring To The Table
- 18 years of age or older
- Prior experience leading others
- Knowledge of and ability to process different cuts of meat, as well as previous experience working in a meat department and with various tools (grinders, saws, and other meat processing tools) - For Meat Department
- 1 year or more of experience as a Baker - For Bakery Department
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and seek new skills & experiences
- A history of ensuring your customers have a seamless shopping experience
- Uses your time and resources efficiently and effectively
- Acts with integrity, pride, and passion day in and day out
