Responsibilities

- Communicate with customers, explaining the process and providing 5-star service. - Manage mitigation jobs from initial inspection to final equipment pickup. - Operate drying and extraction equipment, and document everything clearly. - Participate in the rotating on-call schedule to respond to emergency losses.

Requirements

- Experience in home services (maintenance, remodeling, HVAC, painting, etc.). - Strong work ethic and positive attitude. - Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. - Willingness to learn new skills and grow in your role. - Prior experience in restoration, construction, or related field (Preferred). - IICRC WRT/ASD certifications (Preferred).

Qualifications

- Competent in customer service and project execution. - Ability to manage tasks effectively and maintain high standards. - Strong physical stamina and ability to operate heavy equipment. - Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as part of the on-call schedule.
