Home Service Technician

Description

The Pay Range is $15.00 - $17.79 per hour. The Work Schedule is Monday - Friday Day Shift / Full Time, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM. Working every 7th Sunday.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning, floor care, refurbishment, and renovation of private residences and public areas as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Pleasant personality and demeanor, with a desire to work in a resident-focused environment.
• Ability to understand and carry out oral and written assignments; strong work ethic and fast learning ability.
• Self-motivated, able to schedule time wisely and accommodate changes.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to operate all power equipment safely.
• Must have an acceptable DMV driving record to obtain authorization on the VMRC-approved drivers list if driving a VMRC vehicle is needed.
