This role involves performing general home repairs, home upgrades, remodels, and maintenance tasks with care and professionalism. The position also supports home safety and accessibility for seniors aging in place.

Responsibilities

• Perform general home repairs, home upgrades, remodels, and maintenance tasks with care and professionalism
• Support home safety and accessibility for seniors aging in place
• Deliver reliable and respectful service to families and individuals
• Apply skills in carpentry, drywall, flooring, painting, basic plumbing and electrical
• Fence and gate repair
• Represent TruBlue as a professional, empathetic, and trustworthy home service ally

Requirements

• 5+ years of paid home repair, remodel, and handyman experience
• Committed to quality, safety, and doing the job right
• Reliable, courteous, and respectful in every interaction
• Comfortable working independently and within a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Fluent in English and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Steady, year-round work with consistent hours
• Flexible scheduling and strong office support
• Company vehicle and gear provided (varies by location)
