About the role
We’re looking for a Full-Time Home Service Technician with experience in home services (maintenance, remodeling, HVAC, painting, etc.) who has a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn new skills. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required. Prior experience in restoration, construction, or related fields, as well as IICRC WRT/ASD certifications, are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Communicate with customers, explain the process, and provide 5-star service.
- Project Execution: Manage mitigation jobs from initial inspection to final equipment pickup.
- Perform Mitigation: Operate drying and extraction equipment, and document everything clearly.
- Emergency Response: Participate in our rotating on-call schedule to respond to emergency losses.
