Schedule
Full-time position.
Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more
- Must not be afraid of heights
- Must wear work boots
- Subcontractors will be considered but must carry their own insurance
Responsibilities
- Perform home services including window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, installing gutter covers, ice dam removal, and installing deicing systems
- Operate Customer Factor software
- Climb ladders and transition from ladder to roof
- Communicate effectively with customers and provide superior customer service
- Operate power equipment such as pressure washers, drills, steamers, and saws
- Follow a set schedule
- Wear provided company T-shirts
