Home Sales Inspector

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces to solve problems and build trusted relationships.
• Utilize in-depth training to decide on the best overall pest solution for each customer's needs.
• Serve as a problem solver for customers by providing practical solutions and addressing any questions.
• Explain the process and set expectations during sales appointments.
• Stay organized and prepare sales agreements using a company-provided iPad.

Qualifications

• No experience required – Orkin will train you.
• A high school diploma or equivalent required.
• A valid driver’s license required.
• The ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company-paid).
• The ability to work independently and interact with customers in various environments.
• The ability to lift up to 50 lbs and safely perform tasks such as accessing crawl spaces, attics, and confined spaces.
• The ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) including an OSHA-compliant respirator.
