- Position Requirements: list: Operate and maintain equipment/vehicle, Safely climb and use a ladder, Crawl through attics and sub-areas, Be flexible with working hours Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed, Ability to obtain and maintain licenses/certificates as required, Must possess valid driver’s license from state of residence. Also maybe "Education and Experience" separate? Actually there is a separate "Education and Experience" heading: High school diploma or GED, At least 2 years of customer service, Construction knowledge and experience is required. So we can combine Position Requirements and Education and Experience into a Requirements section? The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can map: Responsibilities = Essential Duties And Responsibilities. Requirements = Position Requirements + Education and Experience. Qualifications maybe not separate. Skills maybe not separate. Pay: there is "Base pay range: $17.16 - $24.04 / hour" and later "Pay Range Hourly: $17.00 - $23.00". There's some inconsistency; we need to preserve all substantive info, not invent. We should include both? The posting includes both ranges; we should keep both as they appear. Could combine? Probably list both. But we must not create Pay section unless posting actually states them. It does state pay ranges. So we include Pay section with both ranges maybe as separate sentences.
Schedule: The posting mentions "Be flexible with working hours, Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed". That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section.
We must not include boilerplate like "We are looking for individuals who want to make a difference...". That's maybe part of About Us? Actually it's near end: "We are looking for individuals who want to make a difference where our customers live and work. Is that you?" That's a call to action, maybe we should drop as it's akin to application instruction? It's not exactly instruction but could be considered fluff. The instruction says remove duplicated lines, cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The line "We are looking for individuals..." is not exactly application instruction but could be considered a call to apply. Safer to drop it? Might be considered part of the job description. However it's not a duty or requirement. I'd lean to keep it as part of About Us? But it's more like a motivational statement. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. That line is substantive? It's basically encouraging applicants. Might be considered fluff but still part of posting. However many similar tasks drop such lines. I'd drop it to keep focused on duties/requirements/benefits/pay/schedule. Also later there are many legal statements about drug free workplace, disability, privacy rights, lie detector test, text messages, etc. Those are boilerplate legal/EEO etc. Must remove.
Also "Click here to read more about our Total Rewards Program" is a link; we should drop as it's application instruction? It's a reference to benefits details; but we already have benefits details. Might drop.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no markdown.
Let's craft sections:

But note duplication: there are two similar paragraphs about Rentokil family. We should preserve all substantive info but avoid duplication? The instruction says remove duplicated lines. So we should deduplicate. Let's combine unique info. Unique points: - Member of Rentokil family of companies. - Global leader in Pest Control across more than 80 countries (first) and also across more than 90 countries (second). Slight difference; we could keep both? Might be considered duplicated but slightly different numbers. Safer to keep both as they are distinct statements. However they are similar; maybe we keep both but it's okay. - Trusted partner to many world's leading brands; serve consumer and business customers across multiple industries. - Legacy of excellence; mission to protect people, enhance lives, preserve the planet. - Belief in career path with growth and earning potential essential to success. - Support self-motivated team's professional development and personal goals with ongoing training and rewards customer service excellence and business success. We'll combine into a paragraph.Responsibilities

Check for any other substantive info: "We are proud to be a member of the Rentokil family of companies, the global leader in Pest Control and other services across more than 90 countries." Already included. Also "We pride ourselves on being a trusted partner to many of the world's leading brands and serve consumer and business customers across multiple industries." Included. Also "We are extremely proud of our legacy of excellence and constantly work to fulfill our mission to 'protect people, enhance lives, and preserve the planet.'" Included. Also "At Western Exterminator Company, we believe providing our team members a career path with growth and earning potential is essential to our success as an organization. We support our self-motivated team's professional development and personal goals with an environment that provides ongoing training and rewards customer service excellence and business success." Included. Also "We are looking for individuals who want to make a difference where our customers live and work. Is that you?" We dropped. Also "This company is a Drug Free workplace." That's boilerplate legal/EEO; drop. Also "Rentokil is committed to complying with all Federal, State, and local laws related to the employment of qualified individuals with disabilities." Drop. Also "California residents click here to review your privacy rights." Drop. Also "It is unlawful in Massachusetts to require or administer a lie detector test as a condition of employment or continued employment." Drop. Also "By applying to this job, you agree to receive initial texts from systems used on behalf of Rentokil North America, Inc., possibly including Workday, Loop, and HireVue." Drop. Also "The following applies where applicable by law: Qualified Applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered for Employment in accordance with the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers and the California Fair Chance Act." Drop. Also "Employees in this position perform work within customer's residences, property, and places of business often unsupervised and with access to vulnerable populations..." That's substantive? It describes work environment and responsibilities; maybe we should keep as part of Responsibilities? It mentions they may have access to company and customer's records including personal identifiable information, financial records, make financial quotes and commitments on behalf of the company, use, handle, and have access to regulated chemicals that could cause harm to humans or the environment if used inappropriately. They work closely with other colleagues, vendors and/or customers and must be able to resolve conflicts and disputes in a non-violent and non-disruptive manner. They may drive a company vehicle as a primary duty and must safely operate a vehicle on the public streets, and receive company equipment to perform work. These are additional duties/responsibilities. We should incorporate them into Responsibilities section. Let's add more - items: - Perform work
