About the role
This is a high-touch, relationship-driven role for someone who enjoys guiding homeowners through meaningful renovation projects, from the first conversation to the signed agreement. This position combines sales leadership with design-forward thinking in a construction-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage residential remodeling opportunities from lead to close
- Collaborate with experienced Sales Designers and project teams
- Work with homeowners throughout the Wilmington / West Chester region, including Southern Delaware and Southern Chester Counties
- Help clients envision and commit to renovation and addition projects that improve how they live
Requirements
- Strong consultative sales skills
- A strong appreciation for residential design and construction
- Experience in home remodeling or related field
- Ability to build relationships and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience in a similar role
- Proven track record of closing deals and meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience working with homeowners and understanding their needs and preferences

Benefits

Pay
- Base Salary: $85,000–$95,000 (based on experience)
- Commission: Earned on collected sales above a defined salary goal
- Earning Potential: Top performers earn $200,000–$250,000+ annually
