Responsibilities

• Manage lead flow and client projects from start to finish
• Conduct the Kitchen Tune-Up sales process (full training provided)
• Maintain frequent communication with clients and prompt follow-up with prospects
• Confidently ask for the sale and stay persistent through follow-up
• Track and maintain notes in our CRM
• Represent the brand professionally in appearance and attire
• Generate leads at home shows, networking events, and local community events
• Communicate regularly with ownership and follow the established sales process

Requirements

• Proven sales experience (home improvement, a plus)
• High attention to detail and strong work ethic
• Computer and smartphone proficiency
• Professional, friendly demeanor suited to working in clients' homes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to prioritize and stay effective in a fast-paced environment
