About the role

Home Genius Exteriors is expanding into Detroit, MI in 2025, with a brand new branch pacing over $1M in net sales per month. We’re seeking driven professionals ready to grow into leadership roles in a full-time, high-opportunity W-2 sales position where 90% of the work is done for you before you ever meet the customer.

Responsibilities

• Meet with 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily
• Deliver engaging, in-home sales presentations

What you’ll get

• $100,000–$300,000+ per year with a 70% advance up front and no cap on commissions
