About the role

Be a part of our Detroit, MI branch! Detroit is a brand new market in 2025, pacing $1M+ in net sales per month. We’re looking for driven professionals ready to grow into leadership roles. Home Genius Exteriors grew from $2.7M in sales our first year to over $292M in six short years!

Responsibilities

• Meet with 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily
• Deliver engaging, in-home sales presentations

Qualifications

• A confident communicator and natural relationship-builder
• Driven to succeed and grow
• Experienced in sales (with the track record to prove it)

Pay

$100,000–$300,000+ per year with a 70% advance up front & no cap on commissions

Schedule

• Weekly pay every Friday
