About the role

Home Genius Exteriors is seeking driven professionals for a full-time, high-opportunity W-2 sales role in our Cleveland, OH branch. This position offers a supportive environment with elite training and mentorship, with opportunities to grow into leadership roles. Cleveland is our fastest growing market, on pace to achieve $60M in net sales in our third full fiscal year.

Responsibilities

• Meet with 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily
• Deliver engaging, in-home sales presentations

What you’ll get

• $100,000–$300,000+ per year with a 70% advance up front and no cap on commissions
