About the role

Join our Detroit, MI branch in a full-time, high-opportunity W-2 sales role where 90% of the work is done for you before you ever meet the customer. Detroit is a brand-new market in 2025, pacing $1M+ in net sales per month. We’re looking for driven professionals ready to grow into leadership roles. Home Genius Exteriors grew from $2.7M in sales our first year to over $292M in six short years.

Responsibilities

• Meet with 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily
• Deliver engaging, in-home sales presentations

• $100,000–$300,000+ per year with a 70% advance up front & no cap on commissions
