Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs and preferences from warm leads and pre-set appointments.
• Present tailored cabinet update and kitchen remodeling solutions and product offerings.
• Build rapport with clients to establish trust and encourage sales.
• Close high-ticket kitchen projects $6,000 - $80,000 utilizing effective closing techniques to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Follow up with leads and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Own and grow your territory by growing leads and opportunities.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably high ticket ($20K+) in home improvement or remodeling.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships and close deals effectively.
• 50% close rate on qualified appointments
• Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
• Availability to work when clients can meet - evenings and Saturdays if needed
