Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs and preferences from warm leads and pre-set appointments.
- Present tailored cabinet update and kitchen remodeling solutions and product offerings.
- Build rapport with clients to establish trust and encourage sales.
- Close high-ticket kitchen projects $6,000 - $80,000 utilizing effective closing techniques to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Own and grow your territory by growing leads and opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably high ticket ($20K+) in home improvement or remodeling.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships and close deals effectively.
- 50% close rate on qualified appointments
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
- Availability to work when clients can meet - evenings and Saturdays if needed
