About the role

Home Genius Exteriors is seeking driven professionals for a full-time, W-2 sales role in our Cleveland, OH branch. Cleveland is our fastest growing market, on pace to achieve $60M in net sales in our third full fiscal year. We’re looking for closers ready to grow into leadership roles. Home Genius Exteriors grew from $2.7M in sales our first year to over $292M in six short years.

Responsibilities

• Meet with 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily
• Deliver engaging, in-home sales presentations
• Grow fast through elite training & mentorship (we only promote from within)

Pay

$100,000–$300,000+ per year with a 70% advance up front & no cap on commissions

Schedule

• Weekly pay every Friday

• Driven to succeed and grow
• Experienced in sales (with the track record to prove it)
