Home Remodeling Design Consultant

About the role

Bath Planet of Metro NY is seeking an experienced Home Remodeling Design Consultant to serve Nassau and Suffolk Counties. This position involves meeting with pre-qualified homeowners at scheduled in-home appointments, designing customized bathroom remodeling solutions, delivering professional presentations, building trust, and closing sales.

Responsibilities

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners at scheduled in-home appointments
• Design customized bathroom remodeling solutions that fit each homeowner's style, needs, and budget
• Deliver a professional, consultative sales presentation
• Build trust and strong customer relationships
• Accurately measure project requirements and recommend the best solutions
• Close sales during the appointment
• Update customer information and sales activity in our CRM

Requirements

• Proven success in in-home sales or high-ticket closing
• Experience selling bathrooms, kitchens, windows, roofing, siding, flooring, HVAC, solar, or similar products is a plus
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel throughout Nassau and Suffolk Counties
