Job Summary

Amazing Care Home Health Services is seeking a nurse to join our team in the Provo area. We provide high-quality, in-home care to individuals and families, partnering closely with clinicians, caregivers, and operational teams to ensure patients receive timely, personalized support.

Responsibilities

• Provide Amazing Care to the population we serve
• Manage daily care for patients while adhering to clinical guidelines set by providers
• Log daily clinical notes within the EMR system (Kantime)

Requirements

• Valid Registered Nursing (RN) License within the State of Utah
• Previous Central Line Experience
• Active BLS certification
• 1+ year of healthcare experience preferred but not required
