We need to remove EEO/equal-opportunity/EEO boilerplate, scam warning, etc. So we should drop the paragraphs about UnitedHealth Group mission, EEO, drug-free workplace, etc. Also drop the "#LHCjobs" maybe.
We need to keep sign-on bonus, flexible schedule, benefits, service area, description of HomeCall/LHC/Optum, responsibilities (list), qualifications (required and preferred), pay details, benefits details (maybe combine with benefits section). Also schedule: flexible full-time weekday schedule.
We need sections: maybe About the role (intro description), Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe combine required and preferred?), Qualifications (maybe separate required and preferred?), Skills (maybe from preferred?), Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We must not create sections with filler like "not specified". So only include sections where we have content.
We have:
- About the role: we have description of role, service area, HomeCall/LHC/Optum, culture, sign-on bonus, flexible schedule, benefits. Could be a section.
- Responsibilities: we have list of responsibilities (Clinical Competence, Documentation and Care Delivery, Quality, Teamwork). Could be a with items.
- Requirements: we have required qualifications (list). Could be a section.
- Qualifications: maybe preferred qualifications (list). Could be a section.
- Skills: maybe from preferred qualifications: ability to work independently, solid communication, writing, organizational skills. Could be a Skills section.
- Benefits: we have comprehensive benefits package, recognition programs, equity stock purchase, 401k contribution, plus earlier mention of comprehensive benefits designed to support health, well-being, work-life balance. Also sign-on bonus maybe part of benefits? Could include sign-on bonus in Benefits or separate? Probably Benefits section includes sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits, recognition programs, equity stock purchase, 401k.
- Pay: we have pay range details, per visit point, hourly rate, explanation.
- Schedule: we have flexible full-time weekday schedule.
We must not repeat job title as heading. So no heading for Registered Nurse in Home Health.
We must not include Job ID/requisition numbers.
We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
We need to use for section headings. Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use
for prose.
We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep details like numbers, specifics.
We must avoid boilerplate like EEO, drug-free workplace, mission statements, etc. So we will omit those paragraphs.
We also need to remove duplicated lines.
Let's craft sections:
Section About the role: maybe heading "About the role". Content: paragraphs describing role, service area, HomeCall/LHC/Optum, culture, sign-on bonus, flexible schedule, benefits.
We need to include sign-on bonus: "$10,000 sign-on bonus available for qualified external hires."
Flexible full-time weekday schedule.
Comprehensive benefits designed to support health, well-being, work-life balance.
Service Area: St. Mary's County and Lower Calvert County.

We could combine into a couple paragraphs.
Section Responsibilities: heading "Responsibilities". Then a
with items for each bullet. The original had headings within responsibilities (Clinical Competence, Documentation and Care Delivery, Quality, Teamwork). We could either keep those as subheadings? But instruction: use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It didn't forbid using other headings like but we should stick to for sections. Within responsibilities we can just list items; we could embed the subheadings as part of list item text (e.g., "Clinical Competence: Initiates, develops...").
We need to preserve all substantive information; we can keep the subheadings as part of the list item.
Thus - Clinical Competence: Initiates, develops, implements, and revises the plan of care in collaboration with the physician and other health care professionals; Supervises care provided by home health aides and licensed practical/vocational nurses, provides instruction, and assigns tasks according to State and federal regulations; Provides required supervisory visits.
etc.
We need to ensure we include all responsibilities listed.
Let's extract each bullet:
