This role provides strategic vision and operational planning for the assigned unit, leading an interprofessional team to create an environment where excellence in patient and organizational outcomes is achieved. The Clinical Nursing Manager advances nursing practice by advocating and embedding evidence-based practices and professional nursing standards. The position oversees a unit that operates 24/7, including weekends and holidays, and is a hybrid role requiring onsite presence 2-3 days per week during day shifts.
Ideal candidates will have previous infusion and/or leadership experience.

Requirements
- Bachelor of Nursing (BSN). If bachelor’s degree is not in nursing, a Master of Nursing (MSN) is required.
- Master’s degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
- Specialty certification related to nursing practice or leadership is preferred.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the AHA. Other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
