Home Improvement Sales Position

We are a general contracting company with 16 years in business, distributing products directly from five manufacturers as preferred contractors. We are looking for motivated individuals living in north county down to central San Diego.

About the role

These products are exclusive to preferred contractors (not sold in stores or to other contractors) and include:

• Exterior coatings (after exterior repairs)
• Windows and glass doors (including large multi-sliders/bi-folding)
• Roofs (cool roofs, energy-efficient)

All products have federally approved energy efficiency, Class A fire rating (providing insurance discounts and potential tax credits), and a lifetime labor and material warranty for up to three successive homeowners.

Position Structure

Training

• Two weeks paid training in-office

Appointments

• No prior sales experience required
• After training, appointments are provided and confirmed with both homeowners present

Sales

• In-home sales presentations
• Training yields a 60% closing ratio

Compensation

• Hourly pay + commissions on sales
• Weekly pay (every Friday)
