We’re hiring Home Improvement Sales Consultants to help strengthen communities by safeguarding homes with expert roofing solutions. With multiple locations across New England and continued expansion plans, our growth creates a fast track to management, with the majority of sales leadership promoted from within. This is an in-home roofing sales role. You will run company-provided appointments, inspect roofs and attics when needed, present roofing solutions, price and close projects, and manage customer follow-up through contract completion. This role requires evening and Saturday availability, comfort climbing ladders and accessing attic spaces, and the ability to travel to customer homes.
Responsibilities
- Attend weekly sales team meetings to plan and prepare strategically.
- Attend confirmed customer appointments between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm.
- Conduct in-home sales presentations and product demos.
- Use innovative software for precise measurements and photo capture.
- Conduct roof condition assessments, including roof and attic inspections when required.
- Build homeowner trust, present options clearly, and close deals that meet homeowner needs.
- Use iPad, cell phone, ladder, tape measure, and other company-provided equipment.
