About the role

Full-time W-2 sales position with Home Genius Exteriors at the Detroit, MI branch. Detroit is a brand new market in 2025, pacing $1M+ in net sales per month. The company grew from $2.7M in sales the first year to over $292M in six years. This role is for closers, with opportunities to grow into leadership roles.

What You'll Do

• Meet with 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily
• Deliver engaging, in-home sales presentations
• Grow fast through elite training & mentorship (company only promotes from within)
• Enjoy a supportive, team-first environment

What You'll Get

• $100,000–$300,000+ per year with a 70% advance up front and no cap on commissions
