Join our Cleveland, OH branch as a full-time, high-opportunity W-2 sales professional. With 90% of the work done before you meet the customer, this role is designed for closers who thrive in a supportive, team-first environment. Cleveland is our fastest-growing market, on pace to achieve $40M in net sales in our second full fiscal year. We’re looking for driven professionals ready to grow into leadership roles.

Home Genius Exteriors grew from $2.7M in sales our first year to over $292M in six short years, offering elite training, mentorship, and a clear path to advancement (we only promote from within).

Responsibilities

• Meet with 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily
• Deliver engaging, in-home sales presentations

Requirements

• A confident communicator and natural relationship-builder
• Driven to succeed and grow
• Experienced in sales (with a proven track record)

Pay

$100,000–$300,000+ per year with a 70% advance up front and no cap on commissions. Weekly pay every Friday, plus monthly bonuses and performance rewards (trips, electronics, events).
