Home Improvement Sales Advisor - Roofing

About the role

Join a growing Des Moines sales team backed by one of the nation's Top 40 roofing contractors. Shamrock Roofing & Construction has built a $70M business on reliability and results, and we're looking for a Sales Advisor who can bring the same to local homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Generating new leads through neighborhood canvassing, referrals, and storm-response campaigns
• Inspecting roofing, gutters, and siding and walking homeowners through repair or replacement options
• Writing and finalizing sales contracts
• Collecting customer payments
• Managing assigned projects from signed agreement through completion

Requirements

• Comfortable approaching homeowners directly (door-to-door) as a regular part of lead generation
• Self-driven with a strong work ethic
• Background in roofing, construction, or outside sales is a plus but not required
• Valid driver's license required
