About the role

Provide personalized speech, voice, language, hearing, and swallowing therapy in patients' homes or facilities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop and review treatment plans
• Administer diagnostic tests and implement therapeutic interventions
• Observe and report patient progress
• Instruct patients and families on communication aids
• Provide counseling related to speech and language therapy
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Participate in care coordination and discharge planning

Requirements

• Minimum of six months of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Unrestricted state license
• Current CPR certification
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Adherence to TB screening and driver safety programs
• Commitment to confidentiality and professional conduct in patient care

Qualifications

Preferred experience in home health settings.

Pay

Compensation ranges from $63 to $88 per visit and $92,200 to $126,900 annually.
