About the Role

This position involves providing home-based speech and language therapy to patients, focusing on rehabilitation, enhancing communication, and improving quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat speech, voice, language, hearing, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and review care plans
• Administer diagnostic tests
• Monitor patient progress
• Instruct patients and families on communication strategies
• Document assessments and treatments
• Participate in care coordination and discharge planning
• Maintain patient confidentiality

Requirements

• Minimum six months of experience as a speech-language pathologist
• Valid and unrestricted license
• Current CPR certification
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

Preferred experience in home health.

Pay

Compensation ranges from $63.00 to $88.00 per visit, with annual base pay between $92,200 and $126,900.
