About the role

Join our compassionate and collaborative Home Health team as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) serving adults in the Yakima community. This role is ideal for clinicians who value autonomy, meaningful patient connections, and the ability to design a schedule that truly fits their life.

Responsibilities

  • Provide assessment, interpretation, and reporting of clinical observations
  • Perform patient assessments with physician and develop treatment plans
  • Perform and interpret results of Videofluoroscpic swallow studies and fiberoptic endoscopic of swallowing
  • Confer with physician and other health care professionals

Requirements

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Hearing-Language Association OR be in the process of completing a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) with supervision by a CCC-SLP in accordance with standards defined by the ASHAL
  • Licensed as a Speech Language Pathologist in the State of Washington or holding an interim permit
  • Current BLS Certification required
  • Previous Experience as a Speech Language Pathologist preferred

Qualifications

Pay and Benefits

As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $44.42 - $67.33 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
