Home Health Speech Therapist

Responsibilities

• Provide part-time, PRN speech-language pathology services to patients in their homes.
• Evaluate communication and swallowing disorders in pediatric and adult patients.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy to improve patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and caregivers to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.
• Provide compassionate, patient-focused therapy.
• Contribute to a supportive clinical environment.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with relevant credentials.
• Experience in home health settings preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
