About the role

Join a caring healthcare team as a Home Health Speech Language Pathologist, responsible for evaluating, developing, and implementing speech, voice, language, hearing, and swallowing treatments in patients' homes or facilities.

Responsibilities

• Assessing and providing therapy services tailored to individual patient needs
• Participating in treatment planning and review
• Administering diagnostic tests and interpreting results
• Monitoring and reporting patient progress and condition changes
• Providing patient and caregiver education on communication aids and strategies
• Documenting care activities and participating in care coordination and discharge planning
• Maintaining confidentiality and professional standards

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of experience as a speech-language pathologist
• Current, unrestricted license and CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
• Preferred: experience in home health settings

Pay

• Compensation: $54.00 - $76.00 per visit, with annual base pay ranging from $85,400 to $117,500
