About the role

Interim Healthcare, a leading provider of home care services, is seeking a full-time Home Health Sales representative for the West (Memorial City/Katy) territory.

Responsibilities

• Outside sales including face-to-face meetings, group presentations, telephone contacts, and email contact.
• Build relationships with healthcare decision makers such as physicians, hospital discharge planners, social workers, case managers, trust officers, attorneys, and financial planners.
• Network and develop referral sources within the healthcare and medical community, as well as business-to-business contacts.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations using Microsoft Office tools like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of previous home health sales experience.
• Strong referral sources in the West (Memorial City/Katy) area.
• Proven successful sales experience meeting or exceeding quotas with consumers, referral sources, and community organizations, particularly in healthcare.
• Proven access to key referral sources providing Home Health Medicare business.
• Excellent written and communication skills, results-driven, and accountable for lead tracking and conversion.
• Proficiency in personal computers and software applications for sales presentations.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills, able to think creatively and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel locally.
