Home Health RN Clinical Manager

Position Overview

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages clinical programs and staff in accordance with policies and regional directives
• Serves as a clinical expert, assisting with operational and financial management
• Investigates client complaints and ensures quality care through home visits
• Recruits, trains, and evaluates clinical staff (RN/LPN/CNA)
• Ensures compliance with federal/state regulations and supervises case management for financial sustainability

Qualifications & Skills

• Registered Nurse licensure in the practice state
• Active CPR certification
• PREFERRED: 3+ years RN experience in home health or hospice, Bachelor’s degree, Medicare Skilled Nursing knowledge, and OASIS familiarity
