Home Health-RN

Duties

• Provide clinical oversight and care to patients in their homes.
• Provide wound care and support other patient-specific medical needs.
• Complete patient visits and clinical documentation as required.
• Participate in the on-call rotation as scheduled.

Requirements

• License(s): Active RN license
• Certification(s): CPR
• Years of experience: 1+ preferred

Skills/Specialties/Technology

• HCHB experience preferred

Pay

Pay Range: $52.00/Hour - $54.00/Hour *Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM | On-Call Rotation (2 rotations during contract)
