Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) - Part Time PRN Weekends

Role: The Registered Nurse provides and documents skilled nursing care in patients' homes, following care plans and physicians’ orders. Responsibilities: Develop care plans, educate clients and families, orient and train primary caregivers, coordinate care through documentation and communication, and deliver various clinical skills such as wound care, infusions, and assessments. Qualifications: Active RN license, valid CPR/BLS, and valid driver’s license. Preferred experience includes Medicare Skilled Nursing, basic Oasis understanding, and at least one year of RN experience. Skills: Strong assessment, communication, patient education, and documentation skills.
