Job Summary
At Ascension at Home, Together with Compassus, we offer part-time weekend positions in the Temple and Waco areas. Our mission is to support patient recovery so they can stay at home and spend quality time with their loved ones.
About the Role
As a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN), you will enable patients to recover at home, empower them to achieve their healthcare goals, and case manage the interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Make patients and families feel empowered by educating them on disease management
- Case manage and provide clinical oversight to the interdisciplinary team
- Support patient recovery and ability to stay at home
- Enable patients to spend quality time with their loved ones and do the activities they enjoy
Requirements
- RN license in the state you work
- Two years of experience as a registered nurse, home health experience preferred
- Current driver’s license
- Current CPR and BCLS certification
